With the well-established clip and the elastic silicone band, the preloaded system is designed to provide controlled tissue traction. Traction is achieved by engaging a second clip with one of the rings on the band.
The “SureTrac” traction system is designed for tissue retraction in the gastrointestinal tract, supporting exposure, dissection, and removal of tissue. SureTrac can be used with two traction techniques, including:

WALL-TO-TISSUE

The primary clip is attached to the target tissue, and a secondary clip is attached to the gastrointestinal wall. Tension from the silicone band is applied between the clips to elevate the tissue.
TISSUE-TO-TISSUE

The primary clip with silicone band is anchored to one end of the target tissue. A secondary clip engages the band and is attached to an opposite point on the same tissue, applying lifting tension.
